Create clear goals. The new website required fully responsive design to reach mobile and tablet visitors more effectively. Provide a more informed experience and make it easier for viewers to contact the clinic.
Migrate existing data. Move existing static html content into WordPress custom theme pages and re-purpose previous newsletter content into blog posts with updated design and imagery.
Redesign website. Create a clearer, more up to date and professional image for the Clinic with professional photography to convey a more approachable and human element which conveys trust. Layouts for pages were created in clear sections to work well across both phone, tablet and desktop.
Newsletter Emails. Design HTML email template in-line with the new website design and blog. This used featured images from the posts directly into the email with a brief excerpt and link to full articles. Each newsletter contained a number of posts which would entice users to click and read full articles on the blog to improve click rates and traffic to the website.
Becoming more social. Creation of facebook business page to extend digital outreach and connect more closely with local customers. Also posting of new content across multiple channels including Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn automatically.
